At the beginning of Indiana Jones 5, Indy Jones is in Mongolia.
The year is 1959. The quest for Indiana Jones and his side kicks
is the hidden tomb of Genghis Khan, the feared tyrant of the
immense Mongol Empire. Indiana Jones locates the final resting
place of Genghis Khan. The tomb contains the most treasure Indy
Jones has ever seen in one spot. Indy is in awe.

However, Communist Chinese intelligence agents have had Indiana
Jones under their watch. The Chinese take Indy Jones as their
prisoner and capture all the belongings in the tomb of Genghis
Khan. The Chinese transport Indiana Jones to a secret location.
At this place, the Chinese reveal to Indy clues they have
uncovered regarding the ancient holy cross, which the Roman
Empire used to torture Jesus Christ to death.

While Indiana Jones is studying these clues, fearless British
soldiers attack the military base where Indy Jones is being
kept. Paradoxically, the British armed forces had been watching
the Chinese military the whole time. The British have arrived
to rescue Indy Jones and to take the holy cross data from the
Chinese. The mission is a complete success for the British.

The British military flies Indiana Jones to London in England.
Next, Indy Jones is told what is happening involving the Chinese
and the holy cross. The British explain to Indiana Jones that
British secret agents found out that the Chinese had discovered
info in Jerusalem related to the holy cross of Jesus. The legend
of the holy cross is explained to Indy. Releasing the awesome
supernatural powers of the holy cross can bring a utopia for
Earth or the horrors of the end times.

As one of the top five archaeologists alive at the time, the
British military asks Indy Jones to locate the holy cross before
the Chinese precede them to the location. Since Indiana Jones is
grateful that the British rescued Indy from the Chinese
stronghold, Indiana Jones decides to work with the British to
locate the holy cross. A highly decorated British commando with
the name Nevin will help Indy Jones during his venture around
the world.

It all begins in Jerusalem as Indy and Nevin unlock clues
regarding the secret location of the holy cross. Additional clues
send Indy Jones and Nevin to the heart of Russia, then eventually
to France and the last clues point to the clandestine underground
caverns of Romania which may hold the holy cross of Jesus Christ.
The Indiana Jones 5 movie concludes with a breath taking battle
of the British military against the Communist Chinese military.
At the end, the massive powers of the holy cross are let loose
and the fate of the world remains in the hands of Indiana Jones.
